Tiago
An engineering graduate and entrepreneur by nature, he founded Grow Under when he realized that this was a good way to work and travel simultaneously. Self-taught and in love with the sea. He dreams of sailing around the world.
Rui
A former sailor and former cook, he decided to change ships and pots to devote his heart and soul to his passion for the art of writing. Lover of all that is dog species, good table and travel.
Susana
Northern woman with a background in journalism and digital marketing. She writes with her eyes closed and looks after two small children at the same time. She likes her morning jog and has a regular publication in a local newspaper.
Jaime
António
Self-taught and curious, loves learning and exploring a new language and does not rest until you see the results you want. If you can't find him at the office, he's probably in the garden taking care of his plants.
Daniela
The chief´s bureaucratic assistant has moved from engineering to consulting and, most recently, to digital marketing, including analytics in Google Analytics. Likes to cook and to eat.
Daniel
It is the challenges of complex problems that motivate him to find a solution (if it is easy it is not so funny). His most productive time is during the night.
Vasco
Graduated in Psychology and with a slight tendency towards hyperactivity, he wants to learn new things and has already released a hip hop album in Portuguese. He shares the office with a 4-legged companion.
